Impressive win by Tweeter

12 Jun 2026

Two-year-old filly Tweeter has kicked off her career in style, scoring a metropolitan win at her second start at Morphettville on Saturday.

Third on debut just 10 days earlier, Tweeter showed plenty of grit, going toe-to-toe in the last 150m with the more experienced Portarlington (I Am Immortal) - a Gr3 Placed metropolitan winner - to hold on for victory by a nose.

The third foal of stakes placed winner of three Shesees Everything (Star Witness), Tweeter was foaled and raised at Willow Park for her breeders John and Sandra Harding of Tiree Holdings.

It is a family that contains plenty of juvenile speed, including two-year-old stakes winners like Catnipped, Joker’s Wild (NZ), Miss Prospect and Reward For Effort.

Shesees Everything has a Pierro yearling filly that was sold to Neil Jenkinson Bloodstock and Matthew Dunn Racing at Inglis Classic this year for $80,000 and a weanling filly by Russian Revolution.

Trained by Dan Clarken and Oopy MacGillivray, Tweeter was sold to Angas River Contractors For $45,000 at the Magic Millions Adelaide Sale in 2025 and has already recouped her sale price for her owners earning $55,000 in two starts.
